Position Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Sales Representative to drive business development efforts across a variety of industries. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on building new client relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing consultative digital marketing solutions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated by earnings potential, has strong business connections, and is excited about the opportunity to grow with a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and walk-in introductions.

  • Conduct discovery meetings to profile clients, identify decision makers, understand budgets, and qualify needs.

  • Consult with clients to develop tailored digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results.

  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline with consistent prospecting activity (target: 100 calls per week).

  • Utilize CRM tools to track activities, manage prospects, and monitor progress.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across small to mid-sized industries, including business owners and market directors.

  • Develop expertise across target industries such as real estate, construction, agriculture, clean energy, and professional services.

  • Meet and exceed sales activity metrics and revenue goals.

  • Participate in role-play sales exercises and solution presentations as part of the interview and onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development, media sales, digital marketing sales, or consulting.

  • Strong prospecting skills with the ability to independently identify, qualify, and close new business.

  • Highly motivated by performance-based compensation with a hunter mentality.

  • Ability to work independently with limited formal sales training support.

  • Consistent work history without significant employment gaps or frequent moves.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems for sales tracking and reporting.

  • Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations.

  • Familiarity with prospecting across multiple industries and adapting strategies based on market needs.

  • Comfortable navigating stakeholder conversations with business owners, marketing directors, and decision-makers.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary plus commission model, targeted to earn $70,000 to $100,000 annually before bonuses.

  • Guaranteed income structure for new hires:

    • First 6 months: $6,000/month guarantee (inclusive of vacation pay).

    • Following 6 months: $4,000/month guarantee plus 8% commission on all sales.

    • Quarterly bonus: Additional 2.5% commission on over-budget billings.

    • Annual bonus: Additional 5% commission on over-budget billings.
