We started in 2004 with a recruiting approach that valued people, passion, and performance. That’s still our culture today. Sharing our WINS!
We don’t all work on the same projects, but we all celebrate our wins. We know every win is a team effort, but still recognize and celebrate the individual accomplishments of our team members. From cake at 8 AM, to team lunches, to champagne after 5, we know that winning is better together.
Daily Collaboration
Every morning we share our work focuses and projects with each other during a stand up meeting. You’ll learn where each project is at, the strategy involved, and the approach your colleagues are bringing to their work. We believe in driving performance with inspiration and accountability.
SRG Social
All work and no play makes…oh nvm. We’re a team that knows how to have fun when the work is done. Sometimes it’s about celebrating what we’ve accomplished, sometimes it’s about getting together, and sometimes its about getting away together. We love to throw Christmas parties, attend after-work events, and even enjoy weekend mountain getaways.
Getting involved in our Community
Our team is heavily involved in our community, and volunteers on a regular basis. Jessica sits on the board at Junior Achievement Northern Alberta, Branko is involved with Alberta Enterprise Group, and the team serves a range of organizations in volunteer capacities.

Specialized Recruiting Group also has established excellent partnerships with local educational institutions like NAIT and MacEwan, to help graduates earn scholarships, as well as gain employment after graduation.
