Position Overview:

We are seeking a Digital Sales Manager to lead, mentor, and inspire a team of digital sales professionals. The ideal candidate is a hungry, curious, and innovative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can drive a high-performance culture, and lead consultative, strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a strong leader with a passion for building successful teams and driving significant revenue growth in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance goals.

  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, accountability, and proactive problem-solving within the sales team.

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales roadmap to achieve short-term and long-term revenue goals.

  • Monitor market trends, client needs, and industry shifts to proactively adapt strategies.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership and other departments to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives.

  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with key clients and stakeholders across a variety of sectors.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering tailored digital marketing solutions that drive measurable results.

  • Establish and regularly evaluate clear KPIs for the sales team.

  • Prepare and present comprehensive sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership.

  • Drive accountability within the team to ensure consistent delivery on goals and client expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of leading high-performing digital sales teams.

  • Strong background in digital marketing product sales.

  • Highly innovative, strategic thinker with a consultative sales approach.

  • Ability to implement sales systems and coach a team to consistently follow structured sales processes.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to foster critical thinking, curiosity, and proactive problem-solving among the team.

  • Comfortable developing new sales strategies, prospecting methods, and adjusting tactics based on changing market dynamics.

  • High level of comfort with CRM systems, sales tracking, and reporting metrics.

  • Demonstrated ability to prospect, network, and build a sustainable book of business.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to command a room and build trust with both clients and team members.

What We Offer:

  • Total compensation ranging from $125,000 to $175,000.

  • Guaranteed base salary of $125,000, with commissions and performance bonuses on top.

  • One-year guaranteed base period to support ramp-up, training, and team development.
