Project Manager
Position Overview:
Our client, an established construction firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Project Manager to join their growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead a diverse project portfolio—including multifamily housing, commercial developments, and institutional builds—with full-cycle project ownership from pre-construction to final handover.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Scheduling
Manage full-cycle project schedules using Gantt charts and MS Projects
Lead weekly schedule updates and milestone tracking
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain physical and digital project records in Procore
Process change orders, purchasing reports, and progress invoices
Procurement & Estimating
Manage POs under $5K and support project budgeting and cost estimation
Source and secure subcontractors and suppliers
Subcontractor & Site Coordination
Communicate daily with Superintendents on site activities and material logistics
Oversee change orders, quality control, and jobsite coordination
Client & Consultant Engagement
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants and project owners
Participate in value engineering and maintain project transparency
Financial Oversight
Approve subcontractor payments and allocate job costing codes
Escalate and document budget concerns as needed
Leadership & Support
Conduct weekly site visits and support jobsite logistics
Champion a strong safety culture and promote team collaboration
Typical Project Portfolio:
$42M multifamily developments (160 units)
$4M supportive housing projects
$33M–$36M recovery housing builds
$10M commercial retail developments
Modular housing in remote communities
Courthouse renovations and additions
Requirements:
5+ years of construction project management experience (multifamily, commercial, or institutional preferred)
Proficiency in MS Projects, Procore, and Microsoft Office Suite
Strong subcontractor management and procurement experience
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Adaptable, hands-on, and detail-focused work ethic
What We Offer:
Competitive salary: $90,000 – $125,000/year, based on experience
