PNC Card Processor
An Edmonton client is searching for a PNC Card Processor to join their team.
PNC Card Processor Highlights:
· Process approximately 220 PNC (Procurement Card) transactions per month with accuracy and efficiency.
· Track transactions using Excel spreadsheets, providing monthly reports to finance to reconcile outstanding amounts.
· Generate executive reports summarizing PNC card activity and trends.
· Manage the issuance of new cards and the cancellation of existing cards as needed.
· Enter increases to card limits promptly to accommodate business needs.
· Multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks as they arise to meet deadlines.
· Enter journal entries in JDE (JD Edwards) accounting software, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
· Utilize macros for streamlined data entry processes and execute audit requests as necessary.
· Requirements:
· Experience in high-volume credit card processing is preferred.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting purposes.
· Familiarity with JDE (JD Edwards) or similar accounting software.
· Strong email management skills for communicating with cardholders and managers.
· Accurate and efficient data entry skills with a keen attention to detail.
· Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
· Experience with filing, printing, sorting, and receiving receipts and approvals.
· Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
PNC Card Processor Hours & Wage
· 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
· $20 - $25 /hour
